I have had positive experiences in the treatments, but wanted to share one in particular. I have a deep fear of flying; I become extremely claustrophobic in airplanes and this has been something I have suffered with during every flight. Recently, my husband and I took a six hour plane ride, and Dr. Steinke suggested we have a Pranic healing session specifically for this fear. The morning of the flight, when I typically will be experiencing panic attacks, I was calm and level headed. Through the entire process of driving to the airport, waiting for our departure, and getting on the plane I was not experiencing any of my typically symptoms. In my head I felt like I should be panicking but my body’s response was mellow and relaxed. I went the entire plane ride with this feeling of calm, and had the most positive experience. While some may not believe in the power of Pranic healing, that experience was one that could not be explained away by placebo affect; my deep rooted fear was calmed for that flight. On the way home a week later, I did have my normal panic response, and did not have a pleasant experience. In the future I will be making two appointments, one before the flight, and one in my destination before leaving. Dr. Steinke and pranic healing have made the idea of flying not so terrifying for me.
